Specific services are governed by a separate written proposal or service agreement covering scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables. Where those documents conflict with this page, the signed agreement takes precedence.

Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance unless agreed otherwise. Media spend is paid directly to advertising platforms by the client. Late payments may result in a pause in service delivery after written notice.

Clients agree to provide timely access to accounts, assets, approvals, and subject matter input where required. Delays in these areas may affect agreed timelines.

Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for a client become the client's property. AdaptingSocial LLC retains ownership of its pre-existing methodologies, templates, and internal tooling, and may reference completed work in its portfolio unless a confidentiality request is agreed in writing.

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, platform policy changes, and client execution. Historic results described on this site are specific to those engagements and are not a guarantee of future performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid to us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Either party may terminate a rolling engagement with 30 days' written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States.
